Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription, a pre-order, or on a try-before-you-buy basis. This policy explains how you can change or cancel these types of purchases.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select. Your payment details will be stored securely, and you’ll be charged for each delivery unless you choose to prepay in advance.
Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term. If you don’t want your subscription to renew, you can cancel it.
You can cancel or change your subscription at any time. Your order confirmation emails include links to your order, and from there you can manage your subscription.

Pre-orders

When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing an item that is out of stock or not yet available. At checkout, we may either take no payment, charge a partial deposit, or securely store your payment method. Once the product is ready to ship, we will fulfill your order and charge the outstanding balance.
You may cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled if it was only partially paid. Once the order has been fulfilled, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may request a full or partial refund in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Try Before You Buy

When you order an item on a try-before-you-buy basis, we will authorize your payment method before shipping. You will then have a set period of time to decide if you want to keep the product. If you do not return the item within that time, your payment method will be charged the full amount.
